Who you are
You are a proven leader who is both passionate about driving transformative growth through innovation and alternative partnerships, but equally driven by leading teams to achieve annual operating plan objectives. You have a track record of thinking differently about business problems, and always seem to unearth novel solutions and structures to propel the business forward.
You have a passion for conceiving, selling-in, and executing innovative growth strategies, and have a track-record of achieving meaningful outcomes within the financial services market place.
You are customer-obsessed, and think end-to-end about customer experiences across the digital and physical landscape. You feel equally capable leading discussions with product leaders as you do with technologists, marketers, and field operators.
Data and analytical rigor are key strengths, and enable you to grasp the crux of problems quickly so that you can advance against your goals with both clarity and confidence – even when there is uncertainty as to the outcome.
You have a sound understanding of the modern technology systems and integration points of today’s best blended RetailTech/FinTech experiences. You also recognize innovations and offerings increasingly are co-developed through partnerships, and thus complex contract development and negotiations also are a formidable skill set in your arsenal.
Your professional experience is marked by your demonstrated ability to lead diverse, cross-organizational teams in a creative and an ever-evolving atmosphere; you are in your element when you can collaborate across all levels – from the C-Suite to technical and compliance professionals -- to deliver fast, measurable business results.
