Product Manager – People Analytics

About the Role
The Product Manager is responsible to coordinate solution development end-to-end to deliver value to our internal customers. Product Managers are customer advocates who bridge the gap between technical team members (statisticians, BI developers, and engineers) and customers through project scoping, requirements, sprint planning and prioritization, development, and deployment. Product Managers deeply understand customers and proactively identify and prioritize customer needs. Product Managers partner with Senior Data Analysts, Report Owners, and Data Stewards to ensure solutions deliver value to our customers.
Develop customer empathy
Create and outline user personas
Advocate for and clearly define customer needs
Ensure solutions holistically address customer pain points
Establish and maintain customer listening mechanisms
Clearly understand business segments and strategies
Understand and document business priorities across segments
Articulate value proposition of how business requirements will enable strategy
Ensure solutions are delivering intended value
Partner with customers to understand how solutions are being used
Monitor and drive solution consumption
Provide recommendations to improve consumption
Ensure on-time delivery
Outline delivery timelines and delivery dependencies
Hold Report Owners accountable to sprint plans
Communicate changes to timelines and missed deliveries
Increase customer data literacy and adoption
Deliver readiness collateral to ensure deployments are adopted
Coordinate across teams and customers
Provide air traffic control to ensure deployments and changes do not disrupt business processes or activity
Communicate timelines, prioritization, and deployment schedules to customers

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Art and 3 years' data analytics experience OR 5 years' data analytics experience OR Master of Science or Master of Art and 1 years' data analytics experience.
