Provides data-driven analysis and insights in support of Pickup Merchandising by evaluating ongoing information needs; communicating data-based insights in a practical and business focused manner; reviewing the analysis and interpretation of results; leveraging data streams across all analytical platforms; performing analyses utilizing advanced software and techniques (for example, statistical analysis software (SAS), structured query language (SQL), Alteryx, Analytics); evaluating and interpreting results accurately; and presenting conclusions, deliverables, and recommendations to stakeholders to support the business.
Manages strategies, processes, and analytical best practices by partnering with cross-functional teams across operations, merchandising, and Global eCommerce; benchmarking with industry experts through continuous education and use of networks; developing assessments of key opportunities; supporting long-term complex strategies and timelines; driving continuous improvement of existing processes to identify deficiencies; designing and developing process improvements to improve predictive data accuracy; and making recommendations to leadership based on analytical interpretation.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.
