Oversees key metrics for the division by monitoring and evaluating performance for each market; developing plans to correct deficiencies in performance; and ensuring divisional goals are met Partners with the Divisional Director of Retail Operations to identify operational opportunities within Walmart employed locations to improve efficiency and patient care.
Develops a field team focused on building and maintaining business relationships with doctor groups by identifying and leading opportunities for successful doctor partners to scale and improve efficiencies.
Develops business strategies to support long term growth and collaboration with the retail field by collaborating cross-functionally to ensure viability and sustainability in doctor model.
Oversees the implementation of service standards for the division by aligning company goals with patient needs and expectations; recognizing and responding to trends in patient and OD feedback; determining resolutions to patient complaints and establishing best practices to set consistent service levels.

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business, Arts, Sciences, or related field and 5 years' experience in Health and Wellness or Multi-Specialty Practice Management
