Oversees the development and implementation of demand management processes and analytical models by collaborating on implementation and testing plan for designed changes for a total business unit; identifying process, data, and reporting needs; identifying areas of positive business impact; developing recommendations on model and process changes; providing guidance to key stakeholders on optimization opportunities and impacts; partnering with key stakeholders to teach optimized processes and tools; testing and tracking results on process, system, and model changes; and incorporating results into processes and model changes.
