What you'll do at

Defines business area talent management by analyzing current state talent data; defining needs with the business; adapting workforce planning techniques and processes; directing the acquisition of key talent; leveraging strategic relationship with external organizations; creating and monitoring action plans for diversity initiatives; partnering with learning and development, recruiting and compensation to fill business unit talent gaps; identifying performance trends, talent strengths and development needs for the business area; and monitoring performance management processes and initiatives. Oversees the execution of Human Resources (HR) practices, systems, programs, and policies in the business area by defining success measures for the HR programs by business area; monitoring consistent implementation of programs and policies; directing Sr. HR Managers and HR support functions in the execution of HR initiatives; identifying execution and communication gaps; creating action plans to resolve implementation issues; and monitoring performance against business area(s) plans and company objectives. Develops Human Resource(HR) strategy to support the business area by partnering with the business area leader(s) in the alignment of business goals and objectives; developing change plans for the organizational initiatives; assessing the HR implications of various strategies; solving business problems through HR based solutions; and participating in the development of the HR strategy.
