What you'll do at

The Trade Manager – Parking Lots will be skilled in various trades, and will handle any parking lot concerns (electrical, concrete, light posts, etc.) from our stores and facilities nation-wide. Major responsibilities of this role include 1.) reviewing/approving proposals from Contractors for timeline/work/pricing appropriateness and 2.) analyzing data to uncover trends, costs, and preventative maintenance needs. This person will be responsible for presenting the findings to key stakeholders and making recommendations for the future. Your construction experience and project management experience will be highly sought after in this role. - Assists in managing the department budget - Assists management in supervising associates - Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans - Ensures confidentiality procedures are followed - Ensures that work areas secured and cleaned according to company policies and procedures; instructing others on safety standards and Walmart, local, state, and federal hazardous materials guidelines; adjusting fixtures and changing shelving; and ensuring that floors are kept clean and dry. - Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity - Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions - Supports vendor and customer service needs - Tracks, directs, and manages merchandise flow Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
