The Sr. Manager of Sustainability Analytics and Reporting will support the Director of Global Sustainability and is responsible for the company's enterprise-wide sustainability performance measurement and reporting program. This role involves the development and management of the processes, people and systems used in the collection, maintenance, analysis, interpretation, and reporting the sustainability performance of the company's own operations.
Manages the collection, verification and maintenance of all emissions, energy, waste, water, financial and other sustainability-related performance data across the company’s global portfolio.
Administration of the enterprise-wide sustainability performance management data solution which includes defining parameters, establishing and maintaining quality controls, user access, dashboards, and onboarding training of new users.
Provides quarterly reports and insights on sustainability goals and initiatives to management
Supports data collection and substantiation for claims used in company ESG and CSR reports, press releases, other external communications.
Manages the drafting, substantiation and stakeholder review processes involved in responding to CDP Climate, CDP Water, RE100, CGF and other annual sustainability-related questionnaires.
Drives continuous improvement in data related efforts, including ways to optimize costs while expanding capability and increasing business value.
Maintains standard operating procedures, accounting guidelines and methodologies.
Manages relationships with partners in other business divisions including real estate, operations, internal audit and information systems.
Provides analytical, reporting and project management support on adhoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Degree in science, engineering, business or accounting.
Background in emissions and environmental accounting and disclosure.
Experience with managing data, business intelligence tools, data visualization.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and familiarity with Tableau.
Managed ghg inventories and CDP disclosures for large global companies.
Master’s in science, engineering, accounting.
Proven record in analytical modeling in a business setting.
Strong financial modeling experience.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Social Science, Communications, or related field and 4 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations OR 7 years’ experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations. 4 years’ experience managing project teams in a matrix environment.
