What you'll do at

Campaign strategy, development, segmentation and execution: 50% Work with business partners on the execution of direct mail campaigns inclusive of strategy and optimization, creative development (to ensure it is meeting best practices) to translating business objectives into list segmentation criteria. Project manage multiple projects, coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that all deliverables and timelines are being met Plan and execute short term and long-term testing strategies, while also leveraging learnings from previous campaigns. Work with outside vendors to cleanse, finalize and deliver mail files for all Sam’s Club direct mail programs. Report on campaign performance: 30% Analyze results of campaigns to determine performance overall and by customer segment, and tie to brand marketing and financial objectives. Work with Decision Science team to develop and present hindsight campaign reporting including learnings and recommendations to inform future planning efforts. New program integration and operations: 20% Identify opportunities for new programs including data driven/triggered/lifecycle campaigns Identify opportunities to streamline and improve direct mail operations, systems and processes to improve efficiency and eliminate unnecessary work. Highly preferred experience: 4-6 years’ experience in quantitative marketing, segmentation and/or circulation environment, and program results analysis. 2-5 years of direct mail experience including production of large scale catalogs Experience with CRM campaign management tools a plus Experience working in retail and/or eCommerce a plus Excellent computer skills, especially with Excel and PowerPoint Analytical skills, logical thinker Strong written, verbal and presentation skills required Organized and proactive and with a strong attention to detail Minimum Qualifications...Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position.
