Oversees the business interactions between the Talent Development Hub and the business spokes (internal customers) by initiating requests to the Talent Development Hub from the business spokes; first point of contact for training need identification; assisting the business in putting together the business case, as well as translating business requirements into talent development requirements; classifying the level of the request based upon the scope and intended usage of the output; submitting request for evaluation and prioritization when relevant; requesting resources for proposed projects; and representing the business needs in the setting of SLAs.

Aligns and leverages multiple cross-functional teams to deliver key business objectives by leverages cross-functional relationships to align strategic relationships to achieve business goals related to talent and development; provides leadership and direction to a cross-functional internal team (for example, Innovations, Asset Protection, Realty) to allocate and align resources, clarify priorities, and drive deliverables in alignment with Talent Development and corporate goals, objectives, and timelines; provides leadership to prevent or resolve conflicts, mitigate business impact, and position the business to achieve strategic objectives; providing updates to both the business and the Talent Development organization; and eliminates obstacles to ensure key deliverables are met in a timely manner.
Manages budgets and expenditures allocated by the Talent Development Project Management Office for Talent Development projects and initiatives by managing to established budgets (for example, cost control); ensuring project teams capture and report financial information (for example, hours, costs); reviewing the status of budgets and financials; and reporting the budgetary impact of project modifications to key stakeholders.
