What you'll do at

Manages talent development portfolios by prioritizing and recommending projects; developing timelines and deliverables ; communicating with customers to develop implementation plans ; and negotiating statements of work and resources to meet project priorities. Oversees job-related activities and assignments for human resource initiatives by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; and identifying and addressing improvement opportunities . Translates strategy into elements or functional areas of talent by partnering with business and Human Resource leadership to lead execution of plans ; analyzing business priorities and data ; forecasting future needs to create talent or learning plans for building organizational capability; and providing i nput to senior executives. Leads portfolio of Talent Management projects, programs, and processes (for example, performance management processes, change management) by ensuring adequate project staffing and resource allocations; clarifying project scope and managing budget, timelines, and deliverables; providing feedback to leadership on process improvements. Leads communication strategies for Talent Management projects, programs, and processes (for example, performance management processes, change management) by updating clients, peers, and stakeholders ; meeting regularly with stakeholders to discuss status of projects; reviewing project life cycle deliverables; adjusting timelines and deliverables as needed; and assessing and documenting performance feedback and communicating it to project team members. Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness. Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy. Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
