About the Role
We're growing our Pricing team, where we combine an understanding of technology, economics,
and customer behavior to build dynamic pricing algorithms, develop pricing strategies to grow
our business, and create structures and incentives to cut hidden costs out of e-commerce pricing.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to leverage your strategic, analytical and technical
skills to shape the e-commerce landscape as you work with leaders across our organization, lead
a wide breadth of initiatives and make critical business decisions.
Pricing is critical to Walmart’s customer-driven brand promise of “Save Money, Live Better’ and
this role will help drive our future growth, working across the broader Walmart eCommerce
portfolio focusing on and Jet.

 What You'll Do
  • Develop and lead high impact projects that directly affect business performance
  • Evaluate business problems, manage and conduct data-driven analysis to assess potential
    solutions, and develop strategic recommendations that drive our growth
  • Engage directly with c-suite and retail business owners to align and execute on your ideas
  • Leverage data and analytics to surface actionable insights that inform and evolve our
    pricing strategies
  • Translate enterprise strategy into business initiatives and work closely with retail merchants / buyers to execute, measure success and adapt based on learnings
  • Work closely with our Product, Data Science, and Engineering Pricing teams to ideate
    and build new pricing algorithms and feature 
  • 4+ years of experience in an analytical and strategic role, including management consulting, corporate strategy, technology; retail or e-commerce experience preferred
  • Strategy consulting experience or other client-facing professional services a plus; rigorous undergraduate experience and MBA preferred
  • Excellent business and communication skills with proven ability to “influence” in cross-functional environment
  • Expertise in quantitative and analytical problem-solving, with demonstrated ability in developing actionable insights from large datasets
  • Ability manage multiple, time-sensitive deliverables and competing priorities
  • Knowledge of SQL or Python a plus
