What you'll do at

We are seeking a Group Product Manager professional in our San Bruno, CA office.

Duties: Work across departments and collaborate with Business Managers, User Experience, Engineering Teams, Project Managers, QA and Operations teams. Participate in strategic planning as well as technical and market execution. Take into account dependencies on other stories and/or projects & initiatives. Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts of the project and works with internal business groups to adjust business tools and practices in order to support new features and functionality. Responsible for communicating product solutions and benefits to customers and stakeholders; including knowledge transfer and training for on-going management of features. Work with agency, direct advertisers and ad network customers to document and prioritize product specifications including goals, use cases, requirements, and supporting operational workflows. Define, analyze, and communicate a product roadmap aligned with business objectives, and supported by business cases, market research, customer data and competitive analysis. Work with the product marketing team to develop a robust sales kit including presentations, briefs, FAQs, and other related collateral. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), IT, Business Administration or related field and 3 years of experience in product management or related experience; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), IT, Business Administration or related field and 6 years of experience in product management or related experience.

Skills required: Experience managing products that scale to petabytes of data and driving optimizations based on large datasets. Experience in open source, big data technology stack: Hadoop/Hive/HDFS/Hbase. Demonstrated knowledge of online advertising business models with focus on DSP, self-serve tools, targeting, attribution and optimization challenges. Experience in R programming language for data analysis and statistical computing. Experience in advanced tools like Microsoft Excel and Tableau for data visualization. Quantitative skills for creating business plans, including market sizing, revenue forecasting, margin estimation and analysis of competitive landscape. Experience leading end-to- end design and development of new software products. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
