What you'll do at

We are seeking a Business Manager, Program Development professional in our Sunnyvale, CA office.

Duties: Define business strategies and tactics to improve seller performance through the use of analytic tools, reporting, and knowledge bases. Generate value for marketplace sellers, evolving the tools, capabilities, and partnering with cross functional teams to drive technical product improvements. Drive seller adoption of new tools and capabilities to improve performance. Perform Data Analysis, driving insights from data and making actionable recommendations. Conduct market research and competitor deep dive analysis. Provide Strategic Planning and Implementation. Perform customer segmentation and analysis for the business objective. Drive and facilitate partner strategies to achieve Walmart's business objective. Maintain effective cross-functional support and accountability necessary to drive sale. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Statistics, or related quantitative field and 2 years of customer segmentation and analysis experience; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, Statistics, or related quantitative field and 5 years of customer segmentation and analysis experience.

Skills required: Data Analysis experience using Tableau and SQL. Customer segmentation and analysis experience using Business Objects and Excel. Data Modelling and financial models experience. Competitive Deep Dive Analysis experience. Experience with Tableau. Experience with Salesforce. Process optimization experience. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
