What you'll do at

We are seeking a Manager, Supply Chain Financial Reporting and Controls professional in our San Bruno, CA office.

Duties: Oversee design, documentation, execution and monitoring of accounting and financial reporting processes and internal controls for inventory and supply chain related operating processes. Oversee variance reporting of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet to present to leadership. Prepare and/or review monthly Balance Sheet account reconciliations. Work as a business liaison with FP&A and Operations partners on supply chain related projects. Perform financial analysis and reporting on inventory, operations, and other supply chain related projects. Oversee the cost accounting and inventory recognition process at distribution centers. Responsible for reporting for fulfillment center operations and maintaining scorecard. Oversee the implementation of business solutions and initiatives. Recommend and complete business solutions for assigned processes and accounts. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or related field and 5 years of experience in accounting and financial reporting field, including 2 years of experience in supply chain area.

Skills required: Working knowledge and understanding of US GAAP. Hands-on experience working with Essbase. Business Intelligence experience. ERP systems experience. Experience with Hyperion Financial Management. Demonstrated understanding of P&L and Balance Sheet. Trend, Variance and Sensitivity Analysis experience. Experience using Microsoft Excel to use integrate functions, perform interactive analysis and manipulate databases. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
