What you'll do at

We are seeking a Security Project Manager professional in our San Bruno, CA office.

Duties: Ensure the seamless delivery of all Walmart eCommerce InfoSec projects and programs. Lead cross-functional program teams in the planning and execution of security programs by planning and tracking of tasks, schedules, resources and dependencies- facilitate & drive project meetings. Drive definition and closure of project requirements, project plans/schedules, and resource needs with stakeholders and within team resources. Actively manage programs and/or project portfolio, provide consistent program status and progress against objectives. Manage projects/portfolios that involve significant business complexity and communication, with organized collaboration and conflict resolution across diverse organizations. Analyze security services offerings and program portfolio to define cost models and success metrics. Participate and lead internal and external projects as required. Resolve issues, dependencies and conflicts; make certain that all team members are communicate to, involved and engaged. Demonstrate the ability to assess a situation and recommend changes to achieve goals, even if it means major mid-course changes to the project plan. Work to ensure projects are successfully implemented while taking into consideration a complex customized environment, constant resource constraints, accelerated timelines, and/or reprioritization of projects. Champion and contribute to project management best practices and innovate & champion processes/methodologies at project level.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, the employer will accept 2 years of project/program management experience.

Experience required: 5 years of project/program management experience.

Skills required: Experience running Information Security or Infrastructure related projects. Infrastructure/Cloud/SaaS Program or Project Management experience. Experience with Agile Project Management. Experience in Agile Coaching. Experience managing multiple large, complex projects in an Agile environment. Experience with security technology integration and deployment of Security technology to support advanced external/insider threats and cyber operations. Experience with reviews of product backlog, designs, and tests in addressing delivery impediments of security products. Experience with delivery of Security projects and programs. Experience working with Application and development tools such as Quest Software Toad, SAP. Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, LeanKit, Clarity, Confluence, or Project Portfolio Management. Experience with common querying languages such as JQL, SQL. Experience in continuous improvements to the security organization and the program management process. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
