What you'll do at

We are seeking a Project Manager, PMO e-Commerce Supply Chain/Operations professional in our San Bruno, CA office.

Duties: Support process engineering of Operations by analyzing and identifying methods to improve supply chain processes; developing more efficient processes; giving expert advice and guidance to others in the application of process engineering techniques and best practices; supporting and aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs; and interacting and consulting with cross-functional teams to achieve process efficiency goals. Provide support with Operations programs from project inception through post launch by defining and executing on the project's charter; developing and maintaining a project schedule to track milestones; developing and executing plans for managing risk; escalating project-related issues to management in accordance with Project Management Methodology (PMM) guidelines and requirements; providing project status reports to stakeholders and management; and partnering with cross-functional teams to build, define, and manage program workload. Assist in cross-organizational alignment and communications by partnering with stakeholders to identify program scope, direction, and plan; collaborating with stakeholders to execute and launch complex projects; developing and communicating mitigation plans; and monitoring and administering project gating and governance processes. Facilitate the development of business cases for programs to develop future supply chain state by applying supply chain costs associated with activities; developing savings opportunities and cost benefits; and conducting sensitivity analyses. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field and 1 year of experience in project management or related field; OR Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field and 5 years of experience in project management or related field.

Skills required: Process Engineering experience. Strategic Planning experience. Portfolio Management experience. Organizational Change Management. Executive reporting and communication management. Experience with Supply Chain Systems. Data Analysis experience. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
