What you'll do at

Assists senior leadership in developing the execution plan for large scale roll-outs of new programs affecting all associates globally and driving the
plan to completion by working with internal and external stakeholders, including third-party administrators (TPAs), to develop objectives, roll-out
strategy, and plans; preparing estimates of resource requirements; defining and communicating expectations for quality outcomes and process
standards; providing process updates and proposals to senior leadership; and leading and managing the execution plan.
Communicates benefits information globally to associates by reviewing and validating plan and associated correspondence; reviewing and approving
third-party administrator (TPA) communications; developing training materials to educate specialists to execute the process and resolve exception
issues; working with executives to resolve benefit questions and issues, including media, labor, and other high-profile situations; developing,
organizing, and facilitating training programs utilizing multiple delivery methods (for example, video, web, live broadcast) for internal and external
constituents, in large or small group settings, for all levels of associates throughout the company.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments for the Benefits Department by developing and maintaining relationships
with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives;
building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating
adaptability and promoting continuous learning.
Manages day-to-day third-party administrator (TPA) operations by working with Senior Manager and Director to negotiate terms and conditions of
contracts and business relationships; developing and executing contracts; ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of contracts; providing
recommendations to senior leadership regarding standards for acceptable outcomes; reinforcing desired behaviors and service expectations to
ensure process compliance; coordinating receipt and distribution of files and documents; reviewing and providing data to support corporate reporting;
and creating and implementing necessary reporting and controls around business processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Manages fiscal and day-to-day work activity by creating, tracking, monitoring, and communicating analytical reports to senior leadership to include
trends, forecasting, and budget management; managing profit and loss (P&L); tracking, monitoring, and reporting accuracy of customer interactions
and financial transactions; and reviewing, researching, and maintaining audit and compliance controls to eliminate/prevent financial risk and penalties
to plan(s) and to company.

Ensures all plans are administered and executed in compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations by coordinating with senior
leadership in response to new and existing benefit legislation; and creating and implementing necessary reporting and controls around business
processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Ensures critical customer service processes are developed and executed to accomplish strategic objectives by collaborating with key organizational
team members internally and externally; scheduling for adequate customer service coverage; monitoring and tracking volume of calls from toll-free
hotline; educating and providing direction to associates, dependents, providers of service, third-party administrators (TPAs), government agencies,
and other customers on plan guidelines and procedures; and handling enrollment requests.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by
implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing dire

Preferred Qualifications

One candidate to have Workday implementation experience preferably with the Absence Management tenant

Other two candidates to have Business Analyst, Agile project management, Human resource with Leave/Disability experience, technical background who can translate to business requirements, financial background
