What you'll do at

The supplier and contract optimization (invoicing, performance measures validation, environmental attributes) for all of our on-site renewable Purchase Power Agreements (PPA’s) is managed by this associate. Currently managing ~ 550 separate contracts that represent ~ $28M in Op Ex annual spend, and the scope of responsibility will continue to grow as does the number of onsite generation facilities grow (solar, back up diesel/gas generators, fuel cells, batteries, electrical vehicle chargers, voltage regulation); Oversees all job-related activities for Back Office functions (invoicing, accounting, accounts payable, forecasting, customer service); Oversees the counterparty relationships auditing vendor invoices, establishing renewable contract procedures, maintaining the contract database, and communicating with counterparties directly as needed.; Reporting & Analysis relative to system production, performance, and analysis of trends within the various technologies; Supports the Sustainability Office relative to Global Responsibility Reporting.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Sustainability, or related field and 2 years experience in environmental services, consulting, engineering, technical engineering, operations, retail management, supply chain management or related field OR 4 years experience in environmental services, consulting, engineering, technical engineering, operations, retail management, supply chain management or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years supervisory experience.
  • 3 years experience in consumer packaged goods, retail, sustainability, energy, or related field.
  • 3 years experience managing cross-functional projects for governmental or non-governmental organizations, consulting firms, or corporations.
  • Master s Degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Sustainability, or related field.
