What you'll do at
Job Location: Bentonville, AR
Duties: Creates and delivers presentations on project issues, status, change request and plans to diverse audiences (for example, managers, customers, suppliers, all stakeholders and project staff) by gathering required information; developing materials; and identifying recommendations. Manages the execution of a small size project or aspects of a larger project by prioritizing critical issues for root-cause analysis; ensuring resolution of critical issues; monitoring progress versus plan; escalating complex or difficult issues; utilizing scope-change orders to track changes to the project; tracking expenditures and budgets; providing informational presentations; managing stakeholder expectations; holding self and project team accountable for project delivery; and developing performance reports. Develops associates by mentoring; conducting individual training (for example, project management); participating in area development meetings; and assisting teams in the resolution of technical and business issues. Develops and maintains professional relationships with all project sponsors and stakeholders (for example, end users and suppliers) by educating sponsors and stakeholders on product and program requirements; collaborating with stakeholders to assess costs and establish the return on investment (ROI); securing management approval for resource allocations; creating the communication plan which determines communication level, frequency, detail and distribution of status updates; and minimizing impact of changes (for example, scope, schedule, costs). Leads business customers through project management processes in completing paperwork (for example, budgets, staffing plans, change management plans, document of understanding, scope statements, and other required artifacts) by meeting with business units to develop project plans; creating communication plans to announce to leadership, project team, and stakeholders project procedures; working with the business unit and project team to determine project approved parameters; and managing the approval process for project parameter changes.
Skills required: Must have experience with: ERP delivery methodologies; SAP; Waterfall; Agile; Lean Kit; Kanban Charts; Sprint planning; Clarity; SharePoint; MS Project Plan; and Remedy. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.
