What you'll do at

Work Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 7:00am – 7:00pm, Wednesday 7:00a – 1:00pm, Thursday and Friday 7:00am – 12:30pm. Rotates holidays. Possibility of covering other shifts if needed.

Provides customer service to meet customer needs by handling and responding to communication; determining and optimizing solutions to accommodate requests and feedback; assisting customers with special requirements; negotiating fuel price; controlling access to the ramp area; and maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas.

Maintains records and generates reports by ensuring accuracy of records; reconciling and logging fuel tickets for internal and external customers; filing invoices; balancing bank statements and cash drawer; monitoring and maintaining inventory; entering and documenting customer information and reservations; distributing mail; procuring customer payments; and recording fuel delivery information.

Coordinates ground support by serving as point-of-communication for airport personnel; ensuring completion of fuel orders; ordering and recommending oil; arranging services for after-hours requests; ensuring fulfillment of ground services; and preparing service request documents.

Completes work assignments and priorities in customer service area; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; adapting to and learning from change, difficulties and feedback.

Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans.

Preferred Qualifications

Requires a valid driver's license.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Previous administrative experience/MS Office Suite preferred.
