What you'll do

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager professional in our Sunnyvale, CA office.

Duties: Develop and champion a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives. Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Product Management. Drive the product discovery process for large, complex, and strategic projects, including conducting extensive analysis using Wal-Mart’s customer data to identify customer and product insights to improve customer experience and improving product effectiveness. Manage vendor relationships. Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity. Support product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and strategic projects involving analysis of customer data to identify customer and product insights and sharing findings with partners, management and leadership team to drive customer-focused outcomes based on data and analysis. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Business Administration, Engineering (Any), or related field and 5 years of experience in analytics, or related field.

Skills required: Experience leveraging data to uncover actionable business insights. Experience with analytical techniques to gather, analyze, and synthesize data. Experience working with statistical tools and packages such as R and SAS (BASE and STAT). Experience with data extraction and summarization tools: Teradata SQL, Hive, Oracle, and WinSQL. Experience with data visualization tools: Tableau and Xcelsius. Experience with campaign management tools: Unica Affinium Suite and Aprimo.
