What you'll do

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager professional in our San Bruno, CA office.

Duties: As a Product Manager in the Customer promise team, play a unique role to drive product vision, define roadmaps, and work closely with key stakeholders to drive and take Walmart’s communication products to next level. Bridge business and technology to drive innovation by owning the product lifecycle from concept through launch. Lead design, development, and deployment of the ecommerce supply chain products. Translate business strategies into product strategies, roadmaps, and product specifications that deliver customer benefits, meet financial goals, and ensure that systems and processes are setup to scale for explosive growth. Partner with key stakeholders to define requirements, drive adoption, lead user acceptance testing, and address business and system issues. Work with rock star engineering teams in a fast paced, agile development process. Analyze data to provide actionable insights. Communicate the benefits and champion the system throughout the organization. This position does not supervise employees.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum education and experience required: Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 1 year of experience in developing product strategy and vision.

Skills required: Experience in research to analyze the market, customers and competitors to develop and prioritize valuable product features. Experience developing business use cases and analyzing user feedback. Experience developing and managing a software product roadmap. Experience developing detailed level of benefit / ROI analysis. Experience defining initiatives and delivering features. Experience measuring impact and monitoring features. Experience developing and managing strategic partnerships. Working knowledge of SQL, Excel or web analytics. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.
