What you'll do at's new leadership are driving for data driven decision making across the entire organization. To support this transformation, we have built a world-class Product Analytics group within the Product Management team. All the pieces are in place to drive an explosion in the volume of experiments we run to inform business decisions. • Working with engineering to implement, document, validate, and monitor our logging and metrics
• Crafting simple, dependable data pipelines and automated reporting to surface metrics
• Identifying, translating, prioritizing, and informing important product questions with data
• Exploring data to find actionable insights and make product recommendations through funnels, long-term trends, segmentation, and more
• Empowering and guiding other analysts and data consumers to work effectively and efficiently with data are part of your role
• Design, build, and maintain ETL pipeline of analytical data warehouse
•Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in Product Management and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
•Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a specific product within a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives
•Drives the product discovery process
  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
    •Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
    •Supports product implementation and deployment
  • Minimum Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience doing quantitative analysis for a technology company
    • Fluency in SQL, as well as a deep understanding of statistical analysis, and common pitfalls of data analysis
    • Data modeling, SQL and data warehousing
    • A self-starter: Can drive projects with minimal guidance
    • Strong communicator: You effectively synthesize, visualize, and communicate your ideas to others
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years experience in product management, business consulting, or related field
