What you'll do at

  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Leads system design process and solution development
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides direction and coordination between large projects and the technical execution plan
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
  • Troubleshoots and leads the development and implementation of production solutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 7 years experience in computer programming, software development or related field OR Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field and 5 computer programming, software development or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years experience administering Cisco UCS server hardware.
  • 2 years experience with System Center Suite.
  • 3 years experience administering Active Directory.
  • 3 years experience administering EMC VMAX SANs.
  • 3 years experience administering HP Server Hardware and familiarity with HP SIM.
  • 3 years experience administering Vmware ESX.
  • 3 years experience support high transaction .NET websites using IIS.
  • 3 years experience with product and platform performance tuning.
  • 3 years experience with product and technical architecture roadmap development and implementation.
  • 4 years experience using Wfc, Soap adapters as transport or related program.
  • 5 years experience with SQL Server 2008 or related program.
  • 5 years experience with single sign-on configuration objects.
  • 5 years experience writing complex stored procedures, policies, or related procedures.
  • 5 years general Windows system administration experience.
  • 5 years writing technical design documents.
  • 6 years experience with BizTalk or equivalent web services integration platform.
