What you'll do

We’re pushing the limits and reimaging the experience of early talent as a pipeline for our future leaders. The internship experience lead will be responsible for:
• Building the strategy for an integrated internship experience across multiple programs, geographies and business segments
• Aligning experiential aspects of programs across our brands
• Lead the conversation and roadmap development of a cross-enterprise rotational program as a conversion strategy for interns
• Build relationships and partnerships within the communities where our interns work
• Manage relationships with key points of contact in each of our business segments
• Partner with Campus Relations & Talent Outreach to align recruiting strategy with the experience of the program
• Oversee program managers in each of our locations to bring summer programs to life
• Play a leading role within the Global Associate Experience team as we build experiences across the enterprise
• Partner with Global People Analytics to measure success of the program against the Associate Experience index, using metrics and insights to further develop the program
• Partner with the Talent Brand team to continue to bring the intern brand to life as the program continues to evolve
