What you'll do at

As part of the newly created Data Strategy and Enablement Team (DS&E), this role will be an enabler of our journey to be the world’s leading data-driven retailer. As part of this transformation, we are seeking an individual who will play the role of enable the foundational capabilities of our Data Governance Center to help us achieve a higher data maturity and delivering business value.
We are looking for a highly motivated, resourceful, team-oriented individual to support our Collibra platform in developing custom BPMN workflows using Activiti/Flowable workflow engine and integrating data across multiple platforms be comfortable with SDLC and embracing an agile delivery culture.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Work with business and requirement teams to formulate specific Collibra design and work flow design (for Collibra user tasks allocation, assets lifecycle changes, user notification etc.)
• Based on the baselined requirements, design a solution based on BPMN workflow, java scripts, groovy scripts, BPMN tasks, events, gateway, container, Collibra APIs etc.
• Perform capacity planning and avoid scaling and performance issues of the designed solution/workflows
• Perform code reviews with the team and enable the team to develop the code for complex scenarios
• Liase with all SDLC support teams to ensure seamless deployment to controlled environments and thus ensuring application robustness
• Voice the opinions to multiple teams and thus driving the entire initiative with strong leadership
• Diligently teaming with the infrastructure, network, database, application and business intelligence teams to guarantee high data quality and availability

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in computer science or related and 6+ years of experience
• Require Collibra DGC meta model design/customization experience with creation/configuration of DGC meta model assets and their relationships within and across domains/communities
• Require architectural skillsets to design multiple BPMN workflows compatible with Collibra, supporting Collibra assets onboarding, maturity lifecycle and decision making, traceability, lineage configuration/customization
• Require hands-on experience in V5.x Collibra, its JAVA & REST APIs with Collibra certification
• Require hands-on ground-up experience on all BPMN components using Eclipse/Activiti and Flowable
• Require hands-on web-development experience using JAVA, JSON, HTML, CSS, XML, REST APIs
• Require expertise on JAVA programming language
• Preferred Collibra Connect MuleSoft ESB development experience integrating Collibra with external sources systems
• Ability to use Collibra products, predict application issues and design proactive solutions to overcome them
• Require to be part of Production Rollouts of successful implementation of workflows and Collibra products.
• Require expertise on Performance Analysis and perform code reviews and designs in order to improve performance
• Require expertise on capacity planning based on data volumes, processing complexity and SLAs
• Require Technical Coordination skills to drive requirements and technical design by working with multiple teams
• Requires aptitude to help build skill set within organization
