What you'll do at

Analyzes data to support business area
  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
  • Executes processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
  • Provides customer service and reporting in area of responsibility
  • Supports business processes
  • Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degree in Business, or related field, and 1 year experience in business analytics, data management, or 3 years in business analysis, data management, reports analytics. Excel, data mining, insights and reporting

    Preferred Qualifications

    Microsoft Suite proficiency
    Able to compile data and deliver executive level reports
    Call Center, Customer Care Experience
