What you'll do at

The Customer Tech Organization is looking for a collaborative, analytical and strategically oriented Business Operations professional to join the team. This position is responsible for driving a range of multi-disciplinary operating rhythms and initiatives to help shape, implement and manage the organization internal initiatives. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Essential Functions

Drives the development and execution of continuous improvement plans for the organizations by reviewing and evaluating current processes and tools; identifying areas of opportunity; managing the implementation of new tools and processes; and updating leadership on implementation progress.

Drive logistics of team events inside/outside of the organization (eg, conferences, presentations, round ups, hackathons, diversity events, onboarding experience, etc) by working closely with leadership team, recruiting, PR and extended Business Operations Team.

Provides Project Management support to the teams to set best business practices across the organization

Encompasses a curious mind that regularly explores for patterns to continuously improve best practices across the organization. This individual engages in open communications and builds trust with our community. Ability for dissecting user experiences and seeing the interconnection, dependencies and intersections of different interactions.

Manages and drives the content on our CT Web page to always be relevant and interesting to our associates.

Drives communications templates for CT best practices as well as to create the bones for speaking engagements for our Senior Leaders.

Demonstrates creativity and strength in the face of change, obstacles, and adversity. Adapts to competing demands and shifting priorities. Updates and shares knowledge and skills to keep current in one's area of expertise. Embraces change and supports its implementation

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field and 3 years experience in project management, office management, working with a start up/consultant organization
