Senior Innovation Manager- Artificial Intelligence

What you'll do at

This role entails identifying and evaluating new opportunities through the analysis of an ever-growing data set. We’re looking for a candidate who is highly analytical and capable of using software to detect patterns and apply logic to solve issues in the domains our team is tasked: improving availability for our customers and productivity for our stores.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates core technologies (e.g. Artificial Intelligence Systems, Large-scale Data Discovery, Machine Vision, Virtual/Augmented reality, etc.)
  • Provides data-driven analysis and insights to help support business strategies
  • Leads proof of concepts and pilots for innovative automation solutions
  • Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in business analysis and advises on the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
  • Develops and drives business opportunities by identifying program and project opportunities
  • Develops business strategies by recommending initiatives based on data
  • Drives processes across different areas of the business to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years experience using intermediate functionality of Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field and 4 years experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area OR 6 years experience in data analytics, project management, business, or related area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3 years experience with statistical programming languages.
  • 3 years experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • 3 years supervisory experience.
  • Master s degree in Business or related field.
  • Project Management certification.
  • Six Sigma certification.
