What you'll do at

The Senior Manager II Reliable Operations will aid in our supply chain transformation by building and executing a standardized approach to improving equipment reliability and reduce overall operating cost within our distribution centers. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Deploy transformational program of Reliable Operations.
- Align the integration of maintenance practices to guarantee the consistent methodological and strategic management of the Maintenance & Reliable Operations Improvement process
- Link RO activities to relevant loss areas and align on delivering business goals and objectives
- Design, develop and deploy RO workstream methodology through collaboration with subject matter experts and providing coaching and support to functional leaders
- Develop and manage RO deployment plans and scorecards to ensure timely and effective deployment of RO methodology
- Identify, consolidate and share RO best practices in the network
- Conduct coaching visits to all sites to assess gaps, support and create alignment in the proper deployment of the RO tools and processes
- Define and deliver capability building plans for skill development of sites and teams
- Develop a network of subject matter experts in each RO workstream and provide guidance in the methodology and process standards and tools
- Be an influential partner by creating collaborative relationship with Stakeholders by providing data/process driven alternatives and solutions for project and programs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business or related field and 4 years experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area OR 6 years experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or related area

Preferred Qualifications

BS degree in Engineering or technical related degree or 4 years of relevant experience
5 year experience in Supply Chain environment. Manufacturing experience preferred
2 years experience in Maintenance or Reliability Management
3 years experience operating under a High Performance Organization or TPM environment
2 year experience deploying Continuous Improvement processes and tools (Lean, TPM, 6-sigma or similar)
