What you'll do at

In this role you will help accelerating our customer acquisition through SEO, marketing emails, and other means. You will work with the Product Management and Marketing teams to define and implement SEO and marketing email strategies in partnership with engineering and UI teams.

• Investigate and propose product strategies and roadmaps to support effective traffic growth to
• Champion traffic growth strategies and roadmaps within internal cross-functional teams.
• Execute on the roadmap to drive traffic growth.
• Set the right metrics and continuously measure the impact of current and future initiatives.
• Make decisions that reflect a solid understanding of current SEO strategies.
• Provide technical guidance to others across the organization.
• Work cross-functionally with merchant, marketing, Product Management, UI and technology teams.
• Communicate effectively to all levels of internal cross-functional audiences.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in SEO and knowledge of technical solutions & tools used in SEO.
• Experience with eCommerce or internet-based products.
• Curiosity and desire to learn and develop professionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business.
• Strong presentation and influencing skills.
• Excellent people management and relationship building skills.
• Ability to drive teams toward a shared vision with velocity.
• Bias toward action in the face of ambiguity.
• Willingness to be bold – be undeterred by organizational obstacles and with a high tolerance for risk / low fear of failure.
• Uncompromising commitment to the customer.
• Ability and willingness to travel (15% of time).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with additional user acquisition channels, such as SEM, emails, and push notifications.
• Product management experience.
• Spanish language.
• Sense of humor.
