What you'll do at

Manages all import allocation changes to maintain alignment with fulfillment capacity plans, customer demand, and allocation strategy.
Owns and develops Import processes executed by international support teams (Global Shared Services)
Drive execution of Import PO Distribution Process, execute as needed.
Weekly Meetings with cross-functional partners (Direct Imports, Global Sourcing, Global Logistics, IDC Team) to drive process improvement
Oversee development of daily / weekly import reporting
Work with Supply Chain Inventory Management leads to properly allocate & flow inbound import orders
Assure all import distribution falls within allowed capacity constraints
Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
Core Competencies
Ensures operational objectives are communicated to cross-functional business partners and external partners to raise awareness of business performance
Ensure Import distribution flows are within fulfillment network capacity plans and makes distribution changes to maintain flow plans are adhered to.
Leads process improvement and cross-functional projects for Operations to completion
Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Monitors compliance of external partners (for example, suppliers, transportation) with established Operations processes
Performs analysis to identify operational issues or areas for improvement
Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions


Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
3-5 years experience in Supply Chain Management
1-2 years experience managing direct reports
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

Masters Degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
Basic to advanced SQL skills
