What you'll do at
- Demonstrates up-to-date expertise and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of action plans
- Develops complex analytical models to support pricing initiatives
- Mentors associates
- Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
- Supports Pricing Managers in discussions with key stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Business, Merchandising, Retail Management, Marketing, or related field and 2 years' experience in merchandising, retail pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, marketing, or related field OR 4 years' experience in merchandising, retail pricing, sourcing, operations management, finance, marketing, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year's experience developing financial, marketing, or merchandising strategies.
- 2 years' Retail Link experience.
- 2 years' experience using intermediate Microsoft Office functionality (for example, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
