The Walmart eCommerce team is rapidly innovating to evolve and define the future state of shopping. As the world’s largest retailer, we are on a mission to help people save money and live better. In this role, you will support the two Sr. Directors for Walmart ecommerce. Our organization operates within a dynamic and fast-paced startup culture under the umbrella of the largest retailer in the world. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented administrative assistant to interact with internal colleagues and external partners, tackling all challenges with a proactive and we-can-do-this attitude.

Specifically, you will:
• Act as the main point of contact and support for the office of the Sr. Director, Experience Tools and Sr. Director of Data Foundation.
• Organize and maintain multiple Outlook calendars; prioritize and coordinate high-volume and ever-changing schedules
• Coordinate meetings between management team members across multiple time-zones
• Lead the organization and planning of large-scale events, including All-Hands meetings, off-site meetings, summits, and meetups.
• Handle a full spectrum of administrative business support needs while maintaining complete discretion and confidentiality, including: expense reports, travel coordination, information management, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administrative or relevant work experience with corporate travel experience
• Intermediate skills and experience with MS Office applications (Microsoft Suite and Outlook) required
• Knowledge of travel systems
• Detail-oriented
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality
• Competencies:
o Ability to work independently on difficult projects with minimal supervision
o Ability to work with all levels of associates, both internally and externally
o Ability to work as part of a team
o Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities
o Strong interpersonal skills based
o Ability to effectively communication (written, verbal)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience supporting Director level or above
• Project Management experience
