What you'll do at

Directly interfaces with Sr. GEC Leadership, Corporate Finance, Vendors, Procurement, Logistics, Capacity Planning, and Legal to provide TSD business review and roadmaps; plays a key role in assuring that GEC receives the full value of the spend and that IT spend is tied to Business priorities. If you enjoy analysis, driving budgetary compliance, working with senior leaders, understanding what makes the business tick, driving bottom line improvements and can speak "engineering" this is the job for you.

Minimum Qualifications

Key Responsibilities:
-Interface with all levels of executive leadership in GeC
-Act as a single point of contact for all business management information requests from beneficiaries
-Operate as a coordinator/project manager for engaging other business teams
-Serves as business and financial consulting expert (with basic technical understanding) to cross-functional business partners for both international and domestic markets by developing and reviewing detailed flows that incorporate infrastructure systems, operations, reporting, and related financial and technical impacts; recommending solutions to mitigate potential control, financial, technical, or business risks; partnering with internal stakeholders on critical projects; documenting recommended solutions; gaining buy-in from senior leadership for the implementation of key initiatives; initiating systems development projects; and escalating key control, financial, technical, or business risks to the director.
-Leads multi-functional, international management teams to drive strategic business goals of global data center management and reporting by working with stakeholders to define global policies and governance; leading discussions; and communicating key findings and recommendations to cross-functional leadership.
-Drives execution of multiple goals and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing blockers that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
-Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
-Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and partipating in and supporting community outreach events.
