What you'll do at

  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders
  • Drives informed decision making to ensure resolution of critical issues for large cross-functional projects or programs
  • Drives initiatives from concept to implementation to achieve desired results
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Implements strategies at the executive level
  • Leads the planning and execution of large-scale, complex projects and programs
  • Oversees quality control and continuous improvement processes for department and company programs
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2 years supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 4 years experience in project management or relevant area OR 6 years experience in project management or relevant area.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4 years experience with agile project methodologies.
  • 5 years experience implementing programs.
  • Human Resources certification.
  • Master s degree in Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or related
