What you'll do at

The Sr. Manager will support the work under the leadership of the Director, Dignity of Women. This person will be passionate about promoting the dignity of women in supply chains. The work will be accomplished in close collaboration with many internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will be able to work well within a team and our broader organization, and have a track record of success working with others. It will be important to support the creation of a vision and viable plan that will move others towards alignment. This person will be very strong in partnering with others, project management, and also have a proven track record of agile execution. The work will often be ambiguous and it will require someone who is comfortable with this but who can also move from that ambiguity toward concrete execution once a plan is developed. We have a strong and united team with a strong culture and camaraderie. The person we are looking for will be able to not only assimilate but will also enhance our team dynamics both professionally and also interpersonally. More specifically to the role: The Sr. Manager, Dignity of Women will support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the strategy to promote the dignity of women in supply chains. The initial focus of our work will be on combating harassment, discrimination and abuse. We will achieve this by finding synergies as we collaborate with others, so that our individual strengths create lasting and meaningful impact. We will not just address the symptoms of gender abuse but will aim to change mindsets by creating empowering work places and empowering communities where the dignity of all workers is recognized and valued.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Public Policy, Supply Chain Management, International Business or related field and 4 years experience in product development, operations management, manufacturing, sourcing, merchandising, public policy, investigations, or corporate affairs OR 6 years experience in product development, operations management, manufacturing, sourcing, merchandising, public policy, investigations, or corporate affairs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2 years experience in corporate social responsibility (CSR).
  • 2 years experience in investigations or crisis management.
  • 2 years supervisory experience.
  • 3 years experience working with international markets, international supply chains, or related field.
  • 7 years experience in product development, operations management, manufacturing, sourcing, merchandising, public policy, investigations, or corporate affairs.
