What you'll do at

An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Provides operational customer support by answering questions from associate drivers (for example, registrations, break downs, fuel cards); providing
data reports (for example, inventory reports) to business units to audit vehicle usage and costs associated; and making recommendations to
operational customers based upon pre-established guidelines.
Executes Fleet Services processes and programs by implementing the Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) process; processing mileage reporting
exceptions; placing orders through predetermined channels; monitoring delivery of purchases; auditing/processing invoices and credit card payment
logs; reconciling monthly expenses; supporting the fuel program; reviewing and evaluating vehicle/equipment maintenance repair orders and
determining best course of action (for example, repair or replace); auditing reports (for example, replacement report) to determine the end of
vehicle/equipment useful life; and disposing of and retiring fleet assets to include vehicles damaged by accidents.
Manages fleet database by auditing, validating, and editing driver and vehicle/equipment information for accuracy; editing vehicle/equipment
assignment information (for example, editing vehicle assignment or equipment location); and auditing Fixed Asset reports to ensure assets are
properly assigned and accounted for (for example, identify and correct reporting inaccuracies).
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy;
and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other
business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and
recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of college OR 1 year of fleet operations experience and 1 year of supervisory experience OR 2 years' general work experience and 1 year
supervisory experience.
1 years' experience with word processing and database applications (for example, Word, Excel, Access).
