What you'll do at

The associate will conduct privileged internal investigations with the assistance of internal and external resources. Some international travel is required. This position may also involve working on governmental or law enforcement inquiries to the Company. The associate will advise on risk and provide legal advice to Compliance, Operations, Ethics and other business units.

• Designing, implementing and monitoring corporate governance processes
and procedures
• Developing and fostering relationships as business partners with client
• Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly
skilled and engaged workforce
• Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks
to maximize the achievement of business goals
• Directs legal support for business transactions and projects involving risk
• Identifies, assesses and manages risk to the company
• Manages financial resources and processes
• Provides legal advice to the company
• Provides overall direction

Minimum Qualifications

Candidates should have the following experience and skill set:

• Experience evaluating and assessing risk.

• Adept at working collaboratively across organizations.

• Ability to lead cross-functional projects and work collaboratively across

• Experience managing a diverse workload.

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and driving initiatives for

• Experience counseling executive leadership.

• Ability to develop and foster relationships with business clients.

• Experience evaluating and assessing risk.

• Ability to maintain and monitor corporate governance.

• Cultivates a work environment where associates respect and
adhere to Company standards of integrity and ethics.

• 9 years legal experience post-degree.
• Law degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in at least one state.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience identifying, assessing and managing risk.
• Experience working with regulators and/or law enforcement.
• Experience conducting investigations.
