What you'll do at 
- Aligns, develops, and directs resources to achieve objectives and financial results for categories
- Aligns, develops, and directs resources to achieve objectives and financial results for categories
- Assist in creating annual financial budget planning process for eCommerce
- Directs and optimizes supply chain execution for multiple category groups
- Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
- Ensures business needs are being met
- Leads a team in the planning and execution of the financial management for all eCommerce
- Participates in the development of strategic plans to deliver financial plan for categories
- Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years' of supervisory experience.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field and 3 years' experience in Replenishment, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related field OR 6 years' experience in Replenishment, Merchandising, Supply Chain or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- 4 years' of supervisory experience managing managers.
- Master s Degree in Business, Supply Chain or related field
