What you'll do at

This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
Essential Functions
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Coordinates security team projects by collecting, compiling, and analyzing data to address project issues; preparing equipment usage reports; recommending action plans and time-tables to project management; scheduling and assigning daily activities (for example, data entry, ad hoc reporting) to project stakeholders; and monitoring the delivery of project solutions.
Monitors project budgets and expenses by researching financial system data; analyzing materials and labor expenses; assisting management in determining budgetary requirements; and conducting research to support cost containment of project and department objectives.
Supports and maintains business systems and key performance metrics by compiling, entering, and reconciling data in departmental databases; providing guidance and recommending solutions to data management issues; preparing ad hoc reports upon request; and providing technical support to departmental associates on company information systems (for example, online worksheet system, SAP, Business Intelligence).
Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; using the Open Door Policy; and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Completes work assignments and priorities in Security Integration by using policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

•1 year project management experience.
•2 years experience in office administration and project coordination.
•2 years experience in an office environment; including database management, analysis, and reporting.
•2 years experience working with Microsoft Access or SAP.
•Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel and Word.
