What you'll do at

As a Product Manager – E-Commerce Supply Chain, you will enable ship from club and last mile program for members. You will be responsible to define the overall product strategy for Supply Chain Tools and Technologies, including club fulfillment, carrier integration, and enabling last mile experience from front end to actual delivery.

Your role will span high-level strategy (e.g. analyzing and understanding industry trends, defining product road maps), tactical execution (e.g. writing requirements, prioritizing features, solving roadblocks), and communications, all in the interest of delighting our users and making Sam's Club the most valued membership. You will bring solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.
*Manager's Ideal Candidate Must-Haves
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in product management, business consulting, retail, E-commerce, supply chain or related field.
• Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem solving skills
• Track record of execution and ability to drive throughout a project lifecycle
• Ability to multi-task and collaborate across teams to manage multiple stakeholders
• Strong storyboarding, presentation and communication skills
• Willingness to travel (up to 20% per month)

Domain knowledge in e-commerce, retail, and/or supply chain
Experience at a top-tier consulting firm
MBA / MS Supply Chain Management and 3+ years relevant experience
Develops and champions a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a product area in support of corporate goals and objectives
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects for Product Management
  • Drives the product discovery process for large complex, and/or ambiguous projects
  • Manages vendor relationships
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Supports product implementation and deployment for large, complex, and ambiguous projects

  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years experience in product management, business consulting, or related field .
