• You are data driven and have depth of experience in scaling top talent tech and product teams.
• You are innovative and creative but know how to define, measure and manage to quantifiable metrics towards specific HR goals.
• You know how to build, develop, manage and motivate matrixed teams across the HR spectrum
• Leading, managing, and developing a high-performance HR team to deliver talent results aligned with strategy and long-range planning.
• Providing HR leadership to all of, Membership and Marketing across a breadth of areas including talent management, employee development, performance management, and change management
• Defining and partnering to delivery our’s talent strategy to uniquely and powerfully set us apart from eCommerce industry competition
• Lead the successful and consistent implementation of HR strategies, program and initiatives
• Work with leaders to create positive, safe and productive work environments


Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 8 years experience in human resources or related field
• Experience working with remote businesses
• 4 years of supervisory experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Human Resources Certification (for example, PHR, SPHR, GPHR).
• Coaching Certification (for example, Coaches Training Institute).
• Product methodology training (for example, agile, sprint planning, JIRA).
