What you'll do at

The Store Customer Tech Organization is looking for a collaborative, analytical and strategically oriented Business Operations professional to join the team. He/She will report directly to the VP with a dotted line to the Chief of Staff of the Customer Technology organization. This position is responsible for driving a range of multi-disciplinary operating rhythms and initiatives to help shape, implement and manage the org’s operating plan and strategy. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

Essential Functions

Manages the development and execution of continuous improvement plans for the organizations by reviewing and evaluating current processes and tools; identifying areas of opportunity; managing the implementation of new tools and processes; and updating leadership on implementation progress.

Leads the development and implementation of new project requests by partnering with internal teams (for example, Portfolio Management) to ensure requirements are developed; ensuring all information is included for funding approval; ensuring new people (for example, new associates, vendors) are onboarded appropriately; providing guidance on timeline development; and ensuring data accuracy on tools for reporting purposes.

Drive logistics of team events inside/outside of the organization (eg, conferences, presentations, round ups, hackathons, diversity events, etc) by working closely with leadership team, recruiting, PR and extended Business Operations Team.

Provides Project Management support to the teams to set best business practices across the organization

Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by incorporating these into the development and implementation of business plans; using the Open Door Policy; and demonstrating and assisting others with how to apply these in executing business processes and practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field and 3 years experience in project management, office management, working with a start up/consultant organization

Preferred Qualifications

5 years project management experience.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
