What you'll do at

Performs data analytics for Customer Care to identify issues, root cause solutions, and plans to assure compliance to processes and reviews call processing accuracy and for Walmart. Enhances customer engagement and collects customer feedback by researching agent CSAT survey data for Walmart and communicating findings to Management with recommendations for improvement.

Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources; calibrating with managers, co-workers, customers, and other business partners; identifying priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carrying out tasks; communicating progress and information; determining and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities; and adapting to and learning from change, difficulties, and feedback.
Responsibilities:
• Demonstrates up-to-date expertise in operational data analysis and applies this to the development, execution, and improvement of processes and customer experience
• Models compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Provides and supports the implementation of business solutions
• Identifies issues and Solves complex operational and financial problems/issues
• Provides support and ensures consistency with the implementation of analytical processes within the team
• Develops key strategies and initiatives for assisting the team in understanding how to identify, develop and analyze relevant data for process, compliance and customer experience improvement.
• Develops and manages the process for project recommendation workflow

Supports and executes complex and multi-variable recurring and ad-hoc requests for data or data set-up

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field and 1 years’ experience in data analytics, statistics, or related field OR 3 years’ experience in data analytics, statistics, or related field.

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high volume customer service environment

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in a workflow

Strong knowledge of customer experience, processes, and techniques

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Ability to manage time effectively, meet deadlines

Ability to leads other through influence and accountability

Preferred Qualifications

2 years’ experience using in-database analytics, SQL, or similar programming languages to retrieve, merge, and clean data from multiple sources or platforms.

2 years’ experience using a business intelligence (BI) tool (for example, Oracle) to create a report to specifications
