What you'll do at

•Cultivates an environment where associates respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
•Develops and implements strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce
•Develops and leverages internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of business goals
•Directs and coordinates divisional private fleet administration
•Directs the coordination and development of presentation content for Private Fleet training sessions, operational reviews and driver grassroots meetings
•Drives operational execution of key objectives for senior management
•Maintains customer service levels within fleet operations
•Oversees financial analysis for the Transportation division
•Oversees the divisional coordination of third party carriers
•Provides overall direction

Minimum Qualifications

•2 years supervisory experience.
•Bachelor's degree Business or related field and 6 years experience in Supply Chain Management (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Transportation, Logistics) or related field OR 10 years experience Supply Chain Management or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

•4 years project management experience
•8 years experience in transportation operations
•Master's degree in Business or related field
•Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
