As a Product Manager – E-Commerce Supply Chain, You will own the Post-Purchase Experience for customers. You will be responsible to define the overall product strategy of Member Experience, Order History, Package Tracking, Shipment/Delivery Notifications, My Account and Returns of Sam’s Club members.

Minimum Qualifications

*Manager's Ideal Candidate Must-Haves
End to end product responsibility - Product Strategy, Manage multiple stakeholders, domain knowledge of Supply Chain, Customer Communication and experience working with x-functional teams, creating user stories and delivery to power key member centric business strategies
Manager's Preferred Qualifications (3-5 "nice to haves")
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field and 5 years’ experience in product management, business consulting, or related field .
•5+ yrs in product management with retail, financial, enterprise etc. software company
•Experience working with multiple projects and programs
•Experience managing 3rd party vendors and partners
. Experience in analytical tools and data sets
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Knowledge of current industry trends and products

Additional Preferred Qualifications
•Experience with customer service , retail domain and customer facing platforms
