What you'll do at

Develops and maintains relationships with key external organizations by identifying strategic relationships to bolster the company's recruiting strategy; managing vendor and third party relationships; building relationships with leaders of key organizations (for example, diversity organizations, MBA programs, organizations in international markets); and acting as a company representative at major conferences and events.

Delivers full-cycle recruiting for critical positions in the business unit by hosting intake sessions with business unit hiring managers to learn position requirements; ensuring proper position posting and processing of applicants in the human resource (HR) system; utilizing creative sourcing techniques to source a diverse candidate pool (for example, cold calling, social networking, job board/internet mining); screening candidates for qualifications and coordinating with hiring managers to arrange for interviews; collecting feedback from hiring manager on quality of candidates; and managing the offer process, including negotiating and communicating offer information, compensation, and benefits.

Creates, communicates, and executes the recruiting strategy for the business unit in alignment with business partners by gathering information on workforce plan, talent gaps, potential attrition, and high potential talent from business unit leaders; incorporating information into business unit recruiting initiatives to source talent (for example, diversity recruiting, third party relationships, employment branding efforts); guiding recruiters and hiring managers through transformational changes in recruiting processes and human resource systems; managing vendor and third party relationships; identifying strategic relationships to bolster the company's recruiting strategy; building relationships with leaders of key organizations (for example, diversity organizations, MBA programs, organizations in international markets); and acting as a company representative at major conferences and events.

Builds and maintains partnerships with business leaders to ensure recruiting function meets business needs by advising business unit on recruiting solutions, policies and procedures; collaborating with business unit on workforce planning and talent review activities; meeting with business unit leaders to understand talent gaps, potential attrition, and high potential talent in business unit; incorporating information into business unit recruiting strategy and initiatives; providing consultation and recommendations on how to fill talent gaps and increase diversity representation; creating plans and events that directly address business unit talent gaps; utilizing workforce planning and diversity representation data to align and organize recruiters' sourcing efforts; and utilizing data and resources to assess internal talent for promotion or exportation to other business areas.

Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.

Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.

Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost- effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.

Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field and 3 years experience in talent acquisition management or related field OR 5 years
experience in talent acquisition management or related field.
2 years of supervisory experience.

Preferred Qualifications

3 years experience selecting and managing third party vendors.
3 years experience using recruiting tools (for example, applicant tracking systems, internet, job boards, social media).
3 years experience in international recruiting and global mobility.
