What you'll do at

As a Sr. Scrum Master for our International segment you will help orchestrate and lead the Agile process for a key portfolio of products and services that are creating incredible capabilities for our global markets. You will ensure our delivery teams are constantly moving towards continuous delivery, maintaining quality in every release, and improving the velocity through leading Agile practices and retrospectives with the team. The scrum master role is a critical part of ensuring the success of our delivery teams, and will actively work to propel the product vision forward and keep everything on track.

• Develops Agile project management practices and helps the team mature and improve
• Drives the execution of multiple business plans and workstreams
• Ensures business needs are being met, and key communication is happening
• Ensures delivery team development and continued successful performance
• Leads the development of omnichannel projects and programs
• Manages geographically distributed teams, off-shore development teams, and third-party vendors (for example, software vendors, hardware vendors, photo vendors, content providers)
• Manages multiple highly complex projects (for example, system integrations) or a large complex Global program
• Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field and 2 years’ experience in product management, project management, management consulting, or related field OR 4 years’ experience in product management, project management, management consulting, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Communications, or related field.
